I'm using Bazaar for version control: http://bazaar.canonical.com/
Why not check out the C source code to get familiar with that's there [1]
Right now the current version is written in Python and has some bugs that
need fixing. Are you familiar with Python? Even if you're not, I'm sure that
getting the current version and running it to becoming familiar with how
the current version works would go a long way to helping to see what's
still missing from the C redesign (alot.)
