[bug-gnutrition] Developer wanted for GNUtrition

Hi,

I would like to contribute to the GNU project and found your project
on   savannah.gnu.org. I have a basic knowledge of C (from course
work) but I lack basic knowledge in
SQL(Not completely oblivious to; can create tables, have set up a LAMP
env on two of my machines),
Gtk+(Have read some of the documentation, have experience building
GUI's with swing in Java[academia] and don't want to admit it but also
have experience with GUI in microsoft via C# and asp.net [work
related])
,GNU Coding Standards(Started to read the docs),
Autoconf(Started to read the docs),
Automake(Started to read the docs).

There was no mention of source control but I feel I should mention
that I have experience with Git and have been using  it regularly for
the past 2 months for everything.

please let me know what I can do to get started(or if you know of any
other project that I could start with first). I am currently on Fall
break from the University so I have time now that can be committed to
the project.
