[bug-gnutrition] Replacement of .htaccess with symlinks

Hello,

There are plans of switching the www.gnu.org web server from Apache to
Nginx. The problem is that Nginx doesn't support .htaccess. So we need
to replace the redirections that are now in /gnutrition/.htaccess with
.symlinks. A patch is attached. If you agree but don't have time to
apply it, I will gladly do it.
