[bug-gnutrition] configure.ac mentioned but nonexistent in C Development

Does configure.ac live somewhere outside the Bazaar repository?
config.h.in mentions that it was generated from configure.ac.

I'd like to add or modify a call to the PKG_CHECK_MODULES macro for
pthread-stubs so that it adds "-ldl" to sqlite3_LIBS if the user didn't
specify sqlite3_LIBS and pkg-config lists no libraries for
pthread-stubs. This change might fix bug #47920.
