[bug-gnutrition] Bugtracker Submit-Item form missing Release options for C branches

Hi GNUtrition enthusiasts,

The list of options for `Release' in the Submit Item form for the
bugtracker on Savannah doesn't include unambiguous options for the
Bazaar branches titled `gnutrition' (the C code for GNUtrition 0.4) and
`C_Development' (C code for generating the SQLite database file for use
by GNUtrition 0.4). This is a feature request for such an option -- I
would like to unambiguously report bugs for the C branches with the
bugtracker.

I suggest an option name like "C HEAD" for the `gnutrition' branch and
"C_Development" for the `C_Development' branch. That way, the
`Development Version' option can still refer to the `development' branch
for the Python code.

Alternatively, the existing branch and option names could be renamed for
clarity (e.g., Python Development, C NutDB generator), but that might be
too bold of a request. :D
