[bug-gnutrition] GNUtrition 0.31.2

GNUtrition version 0.31.2 is available from trunk. The primary differences in 
this version are notification of updates, and upgrading the food database 
from SR13 (which was from 1999) to the current SR24.

It needs some testing. Is anyone interested in doing that?

One thing that still needs addressing is handling people that are updating 
from the current version, because database updates are needed. That hasn't 
been implemented yet but I was wondering if anyone might be interested in 
taking that on?
