[bug-gnutrition] Withdrawing From Summer of Code

Sorry, folks. While Summer of Code seemed like a great idea after further 
consideration I'm not sure that I'll have the time to properly mentor 
people and so I have just made the request to withdraw GNUtrition from 
the Summer of Code. Sorry for any inconvenience.
