[Flan-announce] Flan 1.2

Flan version 1.2 is now released.

Flan is a free digital signage software, originally written for use at
the University of Akron's College of Business on the GNU Operating System.

This version resolves a minor graphical issue which caused the cfg_title
text to not display.
